R & D Engineer

1. Can independently complete product development and write R&D reports according to customer needs;

2. Cooperate with the marketing department to provide technical support and technical services;

3. Responsible for the preparation of technical documents such as product technical standards, process documents, work instructions, and material BOM lists;

4. Complete the writing and declaration of patents, papers and other intellectual property work;

5. Other work assigned by the leader.

1. Major in polymer materials, composite materials, material processing, etc.;

2. More than 2 years of experience in the research and development of thermoplastic materials such as PPS, and strong modification and development capabilities;

3. Familiar with twin-screw extruder and related testing and analysis instruments;

4. Love R&D work, have innovative consciousness, strong execution ability, and can bear hardships and stand hard work;

5. Experience in successfully developing high-performance materials such as PPS and PA is preferred.
